HEALTH AND LIFE CIRCLES COACHING
I use a four step coaching process with my clients.
First I help them identify what having a stress free and fun filled life looks like for them. I have some powerful exercises that I use with my clients, that makes this process quick and painless.

Next we identify at least three simple strategies that the clients can implement in less than 10 minutes each day that will help you reduce stress and live a more fun filled life immediately. This step is actually a lot simpler than you might think.

Building on this forward momentum, together we create a master plan with concrete action steps designed to permanently eliminate stress triggers and discover additional quick stress relief strategies.

Finally, as their coach, I keep them focused, motivated, and accountable for implementing that plan. As you know change isn’t always easy and obstacles can arise, therefore, through our work together, I will help them overcome any obstacles that come up and I will help them to continually move forward and towards the stress free and fun filled life that they really want. email for more information and free thirty minute coaching demo. sonia.morrison@gmail.com http://www.soniamorrison.com
