“Small Pleasures” and “What Is That?”
The smallest pleasures sometimes bring us the biggest delight and contentment. When we balance our life, as caregivers, our self care and caregiving abilities both grow. Are we feeding our spirit, as well as our body and mind? Do you have enough self care; fit, fun, free, finance, family and future adventures in your life? Do you guide your caregiving with the six principles of care; dignity, independence, safety, communication, infection control and privacy? Occasionally, doing things differently is something to consider. Being grateful is always a great choice.
