Treasure Trove of stolen moments
Eat Pray Love
I am SO loving the reading of “Eat Pray Love” and the last third is excellent, so far! Did you know, according to the author, Elizabeth Golbert that paradise comes from the Persian language and literally means, the walled garden. I have a walled garden. It is especially nice on the hot days. Today was a great day, comfortably warm. I have begun packing my lunch and preparing for the busy work flow of the weekend.
Well, now the work day is here and it is time to shower and go. Have leftover roasted turkey and broccoli from last night’s dinner. Just one more thing on my mind before I do go. Thanks to everyone that has given me such positive and specific feedback on my blogs. I never would have guessed that I could touch so many lives. Please remember to check out the links on the top right of my main page. Good until Tuesday is this week’s dining certificates:

In parting, I learned from Eat Pray Love author’s spiritual guide from Bali that meditation is as simple as sitting and smiling. Here is a silent Metha Meditation, to be said with all the love in your heart. My friend Maria shared this with me and I love it! May you be safe. May you be Healthy. May you be happy. May you live with ease. May you enjoy blessings.
